Cancellation, Return & Refund

🔹 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.
- Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

🔹 Returns
Perfumes are personal care products, so we only accept returns if the product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or leaking
- Incorrect item received
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide unboxing video/photo proof.
🔹 Refunds
- Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of wrong or damaged product, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Products purchased on sale/discount (unless damaged or incorrect)
